I’m Mara Fucile, and I’ll be taking charge of your translation project.

After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Communication in 2016, followed by my Master’s degree in Specialised Translation in 2018, I decided to focus fully on the field of translation.

During my master’s degree in legal translation, I have addressed the problems of comparison, interpretation and translation of legal texts and become familiarised with systems, legal institutions and the specialised language of the field.

At the same time, I have also become acquainted with the appropriate writing style for multimedia communication, as well as translation and transcreation with a complete overview of the language and methods of writing and translating the most recurrent content in a SEO perspective on the web. That includes web marketing, tourism, e-commerce and social networks.

My studies offered me the communication and translation skills suitable for the production and translation of tourism and related business: tourist services, accommodation facilities, specialised publishing etc.

Since 2017, I have served a number of companies with professional translation, transcreation, copywriting, localisation, editing and transcription services.

From translating legal documents at Certified Language Solutions to localising e-commerce apps at Lan-Bridge Group, I’ve worked with many translation agencies. On the other hand, I’ve also worked with several private companies, including subtitling for Rev, transcribing for Billing MSS Kapstadt and MT post-editing for Datamundi.
